What I am

  • Both – critical of and benefit from the classical education system, because „if we learn throughout our whole schooling life (from kinder garden to college/university), that you will be punished if you let others copy the answers – as a result they need a “team development” at the start of their professional career
  • An „Education Euphoric“ – because I am convinced that a comprehensive, far-reaching and substantial education would not have resulted in National Socialism, DDR, populism and AfD
  • Honorary chairman since 20 years for a Kindergarten-Association (independent and non-for-profit, education based on partnership and dialogue best begins with birth”.

What you can expect from me

  • It is my true belief that learning& development programmes (including personal and organizational development impulses) have to be aligned strategically with organizational goals to be sustainably successful.
