Focusing on and investing in talent management are key to today’s and future success of organisations. Not only effective leaders, but also literature and management studies highlight the successful talent management which makes the difference. Together with you, we are developing your talent management strategy process. The starting point usually is the identification of the medium- and long-term talent requirement; it considers crucial influencing factors and framework parameters such as the cultural environment, the company’s mission, vision and strategy.

- Custom-fit individual measures for trainees, seniors and experts, for example by coaching, supervision, mentoring
To achieve this, we use differentiated diagnostic tools for personality and performance analysis. Psychometric online-tools offer additional reliable and valid transparency for talent spotting and also a high benefit for coaching, seminars and selection processes.

In 2017 Gerd Löffler published together with the Beltz-Verlag a book about STRATEGIC TALENT MANAGEMENT.
The book introduces a practical approach for talent management in 7 steps. Two chosen organisations illustrate the applied implementation of talent management. The benefit is obvious: Right away, Executive-Leaders, Managers and HR-Professionals are enabled to identify – also internally – talents, fill key positions, develop potentials and take efficient succession planning action.
